Program Description

The Hanania Subaru of Orange Park Service Offers program keeps you informed about maintenance and repair services that were recommended for your vehicle, including scheduling assistance and occasional discounts, by phone call, text message, and email.

Some communications are handled by our AI-powered virtual assistant, which may use an artificial or computer-generated voice on calls and automated technology for texts. You may ask for a member of our service team at any time, and we will connect you.

Calls and Call Recording

Calls with our virtual assistant are recorded for quality assurance and record-keeping. The assistant discloses this at the beginning of every call.

We place calls only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Marketing calls are made only to customers who have provided prior written consent through our service department or our Request a Call page.

To stop receiving calls at any time:

• Say "stop calling" during any call
• Press 9 during an automated call
• Call our Service Department at 904-577-8167

Text Messages

We send text messages in two situations:

1. A one-time message you request during a call (such as a scheduling link).
2. Service-offer messages if you have opted in through our service department or by replying YES to a confirmation text.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out:

• Reply STOP to any text message (you will receive one final confirmation).
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Use your own words to request removal or call 904-577-8167.

How You Opt In

You may enroll in the Service Offers program in either of the following ways:

• In Person: Check the optional consent box and sign or initial during vehicle check-in, or ask your Service Advisor to enroll you and reply YES to the confirmation text.
• Online: Submit your information through our Request a Call page and confirm the mobile number you want us to use.

Consent is never a condition of purchase or service.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in information are used solely for this Service Offers program.

No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
