With over two decades of automotive experience and a deep-rooted commitment to excellence, Mitch Morton leads Hanania Subaru of Orange Park with passion, purpose, and a customer-first philosophy. As General Manager, Mitch brings a hands-on, people-focused approach that fosters a culture of integrity, innovation, and service. Since joining the Hanania Automotive Group, Mitch has focused on elevating both the customer experience and the performance of the dealership. He believes in empowering his team, delivering on promises, and building lasting relationships—not just selling vehicles. Under his leadership, Hanania Subaru continues to grow as a trusted name in the Jacksonville community. When Mitch isn’t at the dealership, he’s spending time with his wife and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, or behind the lens of a camera, pursuing his passion for photography.
Martin began his automotive career in 2000 and joined Hanania Subaru in 2023. Originally from Carrollton, Georgia, he enjoys Jacksonville’s beaches, waterways, and boating opportunities. Martin values building relationships with customers, getting to know their families, and helping make the buying process feel seamless. He brings extensive Subaru knowledge and decades of automotive experience to his role. Family and his Catholic faith are central to his life. Outside the dealership, Martin enjoys playing trumpet and singing at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, and spending time with his family. His household also includes six cats and one dog.
An Orange Park/Middleburg resident since 1991, Bill began his automotive career in 1997 and joined Hanania Subaru in 2022. With experience washing, selling, and servicing vehicles, he knows how to connect customers with the right help. Bill focuses on building lasting trust and helping customers get their vehicles back promptly and in better condition than when they arrived. His favorite Subaru is the Outback Wilderness for its versatility. Outside work, he enjoys family time and shooting pool. Raised in a Navy family, Bill has long called Northeast Florida home. He may not be television’s Mr. Rogers, but to him, it’s always a beautiful day.
Originally from Corozal, Puerto Rico, Luis began his automotive career in 2015 and joined Hanania Subaru in 2026. He appreciates how meaningful a vehicle purchase can be and enjoys helping customers through a decision that can change their daily lives. His approach starts with empathy, listening carefully, and understanding each customer’s needs and family priorities. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Luis helps customers communicate in the language they feel most comfortable using. His favorite Subaru is the Uncharted for its design and fit for his lifestyle. Outside work, family comes first, and he especially enjoys taking his kids to theme parks.
Ray has spent his entire automotive career with Subaru, starting in 2008, and joined our team in 2025. He brings extensive brand knowledge and an honest, straightforward approach, helping customers feel comfortable without pressure. His favorite part of the job is seeing customers excited about their new vehicle and hearing how smoothly the process went. Originally from Virginia, Ray enjoys Northeast Florida’s beaches, golf courses, and NFL football. His favorite Subaru is the Outback for its versatility. Outside work, he enjoys concerts, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and dog. Born on St. Patrick’s Day, Ray likes to say he has the luck of the Irish on his side.
Matthew began his automotive career in 2018 and joined Hanania in 2025. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, he enjoys local parks and Huguenot Beach. He loves introducing customers to features they hadn’t considered and making sure they feel comfortable and never rushed. His passion for cars extends to working on them, and his favorite Subaru is the WRX for its manual transmission. Outside work, Matthew enjoys road trips, car meets, strategy games, and spending time with his birds. He’s also an active blood donor with five gallons donated and took Cessna flying lessons as a teenager. His goal with every customer is simple: to see them smile.
Jeff joined the Hanania Auto Group in August 2018 and has called the Orange Park area home for five decades. He believes listening closely to customers’ needs is the foundation of helping them find the right vehicle. His favorite moment is seeing the pride and satisfaction on a customer’s face when they first sit in their new car. Jeff’s favorite Subaru is the Outback Wilderness—so much so that he recently purchased one himself. Outside work, he enjoys golf and family trips. His past work includes a memorable promotional role: attending events dressed as an Oreo cookie or Mr. Peanut!
Ryan began his automotive career in 2010 and joined our team in 2026. Originally from Miami, he enjoys Jacksonville’s diverse community and variety of nearby places to explore. His experience spans detailing, sales, and management, giving him a broad understanding of the business. Ryan focuses on finding vehicles that fit customers’ needs and budgets while making them feel at home. He believes in honest answers and takes the time to find accurate information whenever he doesn’t know something. His favorite Subaru is the versatile Outback Wilderness. Outside work, Ryan enjoys fishing with his son on the St. Marys River and playing video games with his kids.
A third-generation Jacksonville native, Jordan entered the automotive industry and joined Hanania Subaru in 2025, bringing years of finance and sales management experience in powersports, including Harley-Davidson. Jordan helps customers understand financing, protection options, and paperwork through clear explanations and a friendly, straightforward approach. The goal is to make the finance office feel comfortable, answer questions openly, and offer support long after the purchase. As a WRX owner, Jordan appreciates its blend of sporty performance and everyday practicality. Outside work, favorite activities include live music, riding motorcycles, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Jaguars, and spending time with three dogs.
Born in Bosnia and a Jacksonville resident since 1997, Frankie began his automotive career in 2004 and joined Hanania Subaru in 2026. He enjoys seeing customers happy with their vehicle choice and takes time to explain warranties, services, and protection options for the road ahead. Frankie speaks Bosnian and English. Before entering the automotive industry, he drove semi-trucks across 48 states and Canada, as well as buses for Greyhound. His favorite Subaru is the Outback Wilderness. Outside work, he enjoys family, friends, football, and soccer. He loves Jacksonville’s community and Florida weather—but would happily avoid every snake along the way!
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, A.J. brings more than 20 years of automotive finance experience and a straightforward, no-pressure approach to helping customers. Originally from Columbia, South Carolina, he served in Torrejón, Spain, before making Northeast Florida home. His philosophy is simple: treat every customer the way he’d want his own family treated. A.J. values lasting relationships and enjoys earning the trust that brings customers back and inspires them to refer friends and family. Outside work, his favorite role is Dad. He enjoys time with his son, playing billiards, and life with his two Dobermans and Dogo Argentino.
Originally from Pompano Beach, Florida, Alasha began her automotive sales career and joined Hanania Subaru in 2026. She loves the area’s Southern hospitality and brings a friendly, lighthearted approach to helping customers. Her favorite part of the job is seeing their smiles, and she wants every visit to feel like making a new friend. Alasha also brings experience as a truck driver. Her favorite Subaru is the Forester Limited in River Rock Pearl—she loves both the color and how it drives. Outside work, she enjoys reading, fishing, and singing. With Alasha, laughter is always part of the conversation.
Abe joined Hanania Subaru of Orange Park in August 2026, following an earlier introduction to automotive sales in 2008. A St. Augustine area resident for more than two decades, he loves Florida’s beaches and warm weather. Abe enjoys meeting people and helping customers feel comfortable and relaxed during a big purchase. He’s open about learning alongside them and enjoys seeing someone find a vehicle they’re excited to own. His favorite Subaru is the Ascent Onyx, reflecting his preference for larger vehicles and life with his wife and three children. Outside work, Abe loves traveling and exploring by car, both across the United States and abroad.
Originally from Rabat, Morocco, Aymane began his automotive career with Hanania Subaru in 2026. He brings sales and customer service experience, Subaru product knowledge, and the ability to assist customers in English, Arabic, and French. Aymane listens carefully, answers questions honestly, and helps customers compare options without pressure, focusing on vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. His favorite Subaru is the Crosstrek for its everyday versatility and readiness for outdoor adventures. Outside work, he enjoys Jacksonville’s beaches, surfing, swimming, running, and soccer. Aymane has been surfing since age 12 and previously coached youth soccer in Morocco.
A Jacksonville native and Air Force veteran, Chandler began his automotive career in 2026. He enjoys helping customers find a vehicle they’ll love for years to come, bringing Subaru product knowledge and a relaxed, personal approach to the experience. His goal is to make customers feel like family while helping them find the right fit. Chandler’s favorite Subaru is the Ascent for its thoughtful, family-friendly features and comfortable ride. Outside the dealership, he enjoys fishing, surfing, lifting weights, and spending time with his family. Living near the beach is one of his favorite parts of calling Jacksonville home.
Originally from Newburgh, New York, Cody began his automotive career and joined Hanania Subaru in 2024. He enjoys the problem-solving side of helping customers find the right vehicle and approaches each conversation with the warmth of catching up with an old friend. His favorite Subaru is the WRX, reflecting his enthusiasm for driving. Outside the dealership, Cody enjoys reading, cooking, gaming, and visiting the range. Having moved across the country three times and lived abroad for two years, he has plenty of stories to share. Dylan loves meeting new people and finding something to laugh about along the way.
An Orange Park native, Eric began his automotive career with our team in February 2025 after 22 years in construction. He enjoys understanding what customers truly want and making the buying process feel simple, relaxed, and fun. His approach is casual and conversational, helping customers feel at ease from the start. As a Subaru WRX owner, Eric appreciates its sporty performance and everyday practicality. Outside work, he writes and records music, plays guitar, and sings in a punk/reggae band. He also enjoys Jaguars games, the beach, movies, and DIY home projects—and shares his home with six chickens and a cat.
Hash began selling cars in 2020 and joined Subaru of Orange Park in 2021. Fluent in English and Spanish, he enjoys helping customers feel comfortable, listening closely to their needs, and finding the right vehicle for them. His favorite part of the job is putting smiles on people’s faces, and his upbeat personality makes him easy to spot around the dealership. A sports car enthusiast, Hash especially likes the Subaru WRX. Outside work, he loves traveling, visiting new countries, and experiencing different cultures. He brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to getting to know his customers.

He enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle through a transparent, relaxed, and memorable buying experience. A Subaru Certified Sales Professional, Ian also brings finance experience and a JM&A National Finance Certification to his role. His favorite Subaru is the WRX, reflecting his appreciation for its rally heritage and Japanese automotive roots. Outside work, Ian travels the world to explore different cultures and history, often hiking and climbing along the way. A former collegiate athlete, he remains passionate about sports and proudly cheers on the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.
A Middleburg resident since 1976, Jamie began his automotive career in 2018 and joined Hanania Subaru in April 2026. He enjoys getting to know customers through friendly conversation and understanding what matters most to them. Nothing means more to Jamie than seeing a customer smile and hearing that they’ve had their best buying experience. A Crosstrek owner himself, he appreciates its all-wheel drive and safety features, with family always at the heart of his priorities. Outside work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, cheering on the Gators and Jaguars, and taking cruises whenever possible. He considers his children his greatest achievement.
Originally from New York, AK began an automotive career with Hanania Subaru in 2026 and enjoys living near the beach. AK’s approach is to shop alongside customers, helping them explore their options and discover what they love about a vehicle. The most rewarding moment is seeing that connection happen. A personal favorite is the WRX for its styling and sports car feel, while the Outback stands out for its versatility. Outside the dealership, AK plays, writes, engineers, and produces original music. Family time is also a priority, along with traveling and exploring destinations outside the United States.
Born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Plainsboro, New Jersey, Kenth began his automotive career in August 2026 and joined Hanania Subaru that year. He enjoys asking thoughtful questions to help customers find a vehicle that fits their needs, safety priorities, and budget. Kenth takes time to explain features and demonstrate how they work, helping customers feel comfortable with their options. A car enthusiast, his favorite Subaru is the WRX. She also holds a culinary degree and appreciates one particular perk of trading Indiana for Florida: leaving snowy winters behind.
Michelle began her automotive career with Hanania Subaru in 2026 after moving from Maryland’s Eastern Shore to the Oakleaf area of Orange Park. She enjoys making people happy and brings a respectful, approachable style to helping customers. A attentive listener who’s easy to talk to, Michelle takes time to understand what matters to each person. Her favorite Subaru is the Crosstrek Hybrid for its fuel efficiency, especially for trips to Maryland to visit her kids and grandkids. Outside work, she enjoys exploring new places with her children in Florida. Michelle also has a musical side, having played the cello for many years.
Originally from Porterville, California, Morgan began an automotive career with Hanania Subaru in December 2025 and appreciates Florida’s kind people and relaxed pace. Morgan listens closely to create a buying experience that feels personal, comfortable, and leaves room for snacks and a few jokes. Starting in the Trade Up department provided experience helping customers explore options when facing costly repairs, totaled vehicles, or high interest rates. Raised in Jacksonville with family roots in Pakistan, Muhaab began his automotive career with Hanania Subaru of Orange Park in 2024. He helps customers find vehicles that fit their lifestyle, budget, and priorities through straightforward explanations and a relaxed, low-pressure approach. An owner of two Subarus, Muhaab brings strong product knowledge and speaks four languages. His favorite Subaru is the WRX for its blend of performance and practicality. Outside the dealership, he studies Computer Science at the University of North Florida and enjoys coding, technology, soccer, beach days, and time with family and friends. His curiosity keeps him learning about both cars and computers.
Originally from San Diego, California, Tyler brings a lifelong enthusiasm for cars and a willingness to help to every customer conversation. He enjoys making customers’ goals a reality, taking time to explain vehicle features and discuss the pros and cons of their options. Having grown up around the racing scene, Tyler’s favorite Subaru is the WRX. Born in Poughkeepsie NY, but moved to Jax in 1993 with most of the family... Loved playing sports my whole life and very competitive when it comes to sports! Married my beautiful wife Jessica in 2014 and had our daughter in 2015. We adopted our niece and nephew to bring our family to 5. Subaru of Orange Park has brought me in with open arms to join the Subaru family and it feels good to be a part of the culture here!
Brent began his automotive career in 2012 and joined Hanania Subaru in May 2024. Raised in Tallahassee, he moved to Jacksonville in 2003 and has called it home ever since. Brent values lasting relationships, earning the trust of customers who have followed him between dealerships. His approach to service combines transparency, a sincere desire to help, and a little humor to make each visit more comfortable. His favorite Subaru is the Outback Wilderness for its looks. Outside work, Brent enjoys the beach and spending time with his wife, family, and beloved Chihuahuas. A lifelong class clown, he’s always happy to help someone smile.
A Jacksonville native, Evan began his automotive career with Hanania Subaru in March 2025. He enjoys helping customers get their vehicles repaired and ready for more adventures. His approach centers on transparency, connecting customer concerns with clear answers, and helping the service process move efficiently. Evan brings personal experience working on cars and a knack for technology to his role. His favorite Subaru is the BRZ—he owns one himself and appreciates its sporty character. Outside work, Evan enjoys the beach, golf, time with loved ones, and lifting weights. His personal strength achievements include a 475-pound deadlift.
Originally from Middleburg, Florida, Gavin began his automotive career in August 2020 and joined the Hanania Automotive Group in September 2024. He enjoys understanding how a vehicle fits into each customer’s family, work, and hobbies—putting the pieces together like a puzzle. Gavin brings vehicle knowledge and a relaxed, no-pressure approach to customer conversations. His favorite Subaru is the BRZ for its compact, sporty styling. Outside work, he enjoys watching movies, playing with his dog, Birdie, and heading to the beach during the summer. Gavin also collects trinkets bearing his name and shares a birthday with actor Chris Pratt.
A Jacksonville native, Darwin began his career in the parts business in 1980 and joined Subaru in 2013. He brings decades of experience to helping customers find the correct parts, with a straightforward focus on getting them what they need. Darwin’s favorite Subaru is the Outback for its all-wheel drive and spacious interior. Outside work, he enjoys the beach, football, and making music. As a lead vocalist and bass player, Darwin has a creative side that keeps him busy beyond the parts counter.
A Jacksonville native, Chad has been around automobiles his entire life, from working on them and towing them to helping customers find the parts they need. He joined Subaru in 2024 and brings that hands-on background to the parts counter. Chad values treating every customer with respect and providing friendly, helpful service. His favorite Subaru is the Forester for its versatility and range of options to suit different needs. Outside work, he enjoys playing billiards, gaming, and attending Jeep club get-togethers. Chad appreciates that life in Jacksonville always offers something to do.
Originally from Highland, Illinois, Shaun began his automotive career in 2004 and joined Hanania Subaru in December 2019. He’s been driving Subarus since 2003 and has owned 14, bringing firsthand enthusiasm for the brand to his work. Shaun helps customers identify the right parts using detailed diagrams and has also helped four friends find their new Subarus. He currently enjoys driving his Subaru Uncharted, especially its power and fuel savings. Outside work, Shaun is a proud cat dad who enjoys Jaguars games, remote-control vehicles, and cooking for his family. Both Shaun and his wife are retired from the Navy, and he appreciates Florida’s mild winters.
I began my career in the automotive industry in 2025 when I joined Hanania Subaru. Originally from Northern California, I’m happy to now call Jacksonville, Florida, home. One of the things I love most about living here is being closer to my children, who are all on the East Coast, with the exception of my son, who is stationed in Southern California. I’m proud to be a military mom! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my grand-fur babies. I love staying active and spending time outdoors, especially kayaking and paddleboarding. My favorite vehicle is the Subaru Outback Wilderness, which is perfect for my love of adventure and the outdoors. Yes, I own one! One of my favorite things to do is go to the gym with my daughter. Family, fitness, adventure, and helping people find the right vehicle are all things that make me happy to be part of the automotive industry.
